At Shelly’s Plates, every board and table is a canvas. I don’t just place food on wood — I layer colors, textures, and flavors in a way that feels like a story unfolding. A swirl of cheese here, a tumble of berries there, a drizzle of golden honey catching the light just so.

My grazing tables and charcuterie boards are inspired by the beauty of the Chehalem Valley and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. I love working with what’s local and in season — fragrant herbs, fresh fruits, artisan cheeses, cured meats, and little surprises that make people pause and smile.

For something more intimate, my hand-crafted boards bring the same artistry to smaller gatherings. Each one is thoughtfully arranged by hand, with the option to create something truly custom — whether it’s a romantic date night board, a gift, or a tasting set for wine with friends.
